… to the world of fitness. it’s been a while on and off since I was regularly updating this blog, don’t know where I fell off the track. but now I have a real motivation, whether I like it or not, to keep fit and not be doing illicit drugs: I’m trying to join the army reserve while I’m at uni.
So, not much will be changing from where I left off, since it was working so well. Intermittent fasting, heavy lifting, only this time ill be increasing cardio so as to make the fitness requirements for the army.
CW: not sure, don’t have scales where I live now but pretty sure 64 kg.
GW: 53 kg.
